Refund Policy
All sales are final. With all rules, come exceptions though. If you are unsatisfied with a product or receive a damaged product please contact marketing@pinkhousealchemy.com with your reason for return. If your order had damaged product please include photos.
Returns must be considered within 30 days of purchase. No refunds or returns will be issued on sale items. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.

Customers can expect refunds to be processed within 5-7 days of approval.

No, items on sale cannot be refunded
